We offers this website, including all the the information contained on the website or any other pages comprising website, tools and services available from this site to visitors/ viewer or the user referred to as “you” or “your” subject to your acceptance of all the terms and conditions, our policies and relevant notices.

We have all the rights reserved to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    • The User certifies he /she is not a minor and is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

    • The prices for products includes GST charges and are described on our website. All prices are in Indian rupees (INR). The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of snazzyhunt.com.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reasons. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/ or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
    • The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. We reserves the right to confirm and validate such information and other details as provided by the User at any point of time. If any, such details as given by the User are found not to be true wholly or partly, snazzyhunt.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.snazzyhunt.com without prior intimation whatsoever.
    • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by User (i.e. error in address or incomplete name/ address or recipient not available), any extra cost spent by Snazzyhunt for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order. Snazzyhunt shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers, suppliers/ shop etc. in the event of flood, fire, wars, landslides, pandemic, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our sole control.
    • We believe that the credit/ Debit card details provided by you are correct and accurate and legally owned by you, while using the services of our website. You will not provide any card details which are legally not owned by you. We will not be liable for any Debit/ credit card fraud.
    • It should be noted that the product may have irregularities or imperfections, slight variation in colour, textures or look due to photo shoot lighting condition or the display setting of your computer/ laptop/ mobile phone.
    • Kindly note, COD is not applicable on orders above rupees 2000.00 (two thousand rupees).
    • This website may also include third party links to other websites not affiliated with us, for your convenience to access further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website. The User agrees to not to create a link to this website from other website or any document without our prior written consent.
    • Snazzyhunt shall not entertain any complaints after 7 (Seven) days, once the order is delivered.
    • To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we may monitor suspicious transactions for fraudulently activity. If any such transactions are found then we reserve the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. If your order being cancelled and your card is charged, we will reverse the charged amount to your account except processing fee of payment gateway or as per the conditions of transaction merchant.
    • The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the laid down scenarios are met:
      • 1. Customer doesn’t respond to the payment verification mail sent by us or he fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.
      • 2. Misuse of another customer’s phone or email ID
      • 3. Overuse of a voucher code or use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used
      • 4. Customer refuses to pay for an order
      • 5. Customer returns the wrong product
      • 6. Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order.
  • The Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to claim for damages and/ or be a criminal offence.
  • This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable law of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
