Shipping policy
- We process and ship every order carefully within 2-3 business days of receiving it. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. The orders received after 11:30 am on weekdays, prior to holiday, Saturday, Sunday or government holidays will be processed on the next business day. The shipment delivery time may vary depending on the shipping location and will get delivered within a maximum of 5-7 business days in India. You are permitted to modify only once, the shipping address of your order before it is processed and dispatched by calling us on our customer care number 8800919162. Any request received after dispatch of the order, will not be considered at all.
- The cash on delivery orders (COD) will not be processed for the customers whose profile has been flagged as " Buyer has high RTO risk" on courier panel. However, such COD orders may be processed after converting to prepaid or on advance payment of 10-15% of order invoice value or as communicated by the customer support team.
- The Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the order and as decided by the available courier for different shipping locations.
- We use leading courier companies such as Xpressbees, Ecom Express, DELHIVERY, BLUE DART, Smartr, Shadofax , DTDC and others for shipment in India.
- If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not to accept the shipment and immediately inform us at +91- 8800919162. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
Shipping Policy- International
- Currently, we are open for delivery to USA, Canada, Australia and Malaysia only and planning to expand in other countries around the world. The average delivery time for international orders is 7-10 business days depending on the country of residence. We offer different shipping options as may be applicable for your shipping location.
- We use reputed couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and Aramex besides other courier, for shipping our consignments and tracking information are provided for all orders once dispatched.

Important Information
- We may offer shipping discount on the above mentioned rate subject to confirmation of the same with our customer support team before placing the order.
- The order processing times provided are as guidelines only and we are not accountable for possible delays caused due to payment authorization or holiday. We aim to dispatch the all ready to ship items 48-72 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time which commences from the date of dispatch are to be used as reference only.
- We are not responsible for any possible delays caused by customs in your respective country. Also, we are unable to redirect orders to a different shipping address once it has been dispatched. All orders will require a signature upon delivery, however, in some cases for the delivery to a residential address, the shipment may be left at the door on your coordination with the courier person. We do not offer delivery to PO Box addresses.
Remote Area Fees
- Certain zip codes are subject to a remote area fee of $30 USD. DHL and FedEx charge us this fee if your address zip code happens to fall out of their delivery zones. If your address happens to fall into a remote area zip code, we’ll have to bill you for this fee post order placement to ensure delivery of your order.
Address Change Request
- Once an order is shipped, you cannot make any changes. However, address change request will only be honored if requested within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched. Please note that we are not liable for any claim for change of address post-dispatch of your order.
Package Refused At Delivery
- If for any reason, you refused to accept your order at the time of delivery, a restocking fee of 75% of invoice value will be charged and deducted from the refund amount to you.
Delivered But Not Delivered
- We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We would advise calling to the courier company through which your order was shipped. However, the product lost in transit will be covered under insurance as per the policy guidelines.
Taxes & Duties
- The product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties and will be shipped to you on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and solely depend on the customs rules at that point of time. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country. The payment of customs and local sales taxes levied by your country is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The customer as a recipient is liable to pay all import duties as may be applicable to your country.
