RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy: Domestic Orders 

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please note that it can be returned/ replaced within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • You need to raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by notifying us through email at info@snazzyhunt.com, or via the customer account login or via website chat support/ WhatsApp to our customer care number 9773919162/ 8800919162 (between 9 AM- 7 PM). 👉Please include your order ID and a couple of images (1st one showing the size tag and the 2nd one clearly showing the delivered product) mandatorily, alongwith the mention of your preferred size variant, if the replacement is needed. Once the request is received, our team will follow up to process your request as soon as possible, usually within next 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. 
  • If you notice that the product packaging is tempered, altered or torn off, then please do not accept the shipment and inform us immediately on our customer care number or through WhatsApp/ email. It is mandatory to forward us the parcel opening video without any pause, cut or editing for claim of any manufacturing defect, damage in transit or any kind of deficiency.
  • If you find that a wrong or defective product is received by you, then do inform us at info@snazzyhunt.com mentioning your order ID and forwarding the snapshot of the product defects along with the parcel opening video.
  • Due to the premium quality and delicate nature of handwork embellishment, the returns for branded products of Anju Fabric, Zaveri, Sayuri Designer, Dhunki & Norzi Paris will be accepted only in the cases, if you have been delivered with the wrong color/ size variant, any defects or the wrong product against the ordered one (parcel opening video is mandatory to claim any defect or wrong product). However, a one-time replacement with your preferred size or color variant of the same dress may be offered, subject to availability.  Also, you may completely return the products by accepting to bear 5% of the order invoice value (applicable for products with invoice value INR 2499.00 and above) and for the products with invoice value below INR 2499 a flat amount of INR 70.00 will be deducted towards reverse shipment cost. Any COD fee, if charged will not be applicable for refund.

    To initiate return/ replacement, customer may be asked to self-ship the product in a blind packaging to our facility. Self-ship courier tracking details must be shared within 48 hours of the return approval email. The return parcel must reach us within 7 days from the date of approval, failing which we reserve the right to refuse the return. Any return dispatched beyond the specified timeline or after the return request has been closed will not be accepted and will be refused or return to origin. If any returns received under exceptional cases, then refund will be issued as store credit which can be used to make future purchases at Snazzyhunt. The replacement order will not be eligible for further return and only in some rare cases of having some unforeseen/ unnoticed defect, the replacement will be provided for the defective item/ complete product, if claimed with proof of parcel opening video.

  • No return request will be accepted for customized stitched or semi-stitched products. The request received for wrong product delivered will be reviewed only after receiving the parcel unboxing video and the couple of images for any defect in the product.
  • To uphold our commitment to hygiene and your well-being, returns for inner garments cannot be accepted. Please ensure checking the size chart before placing the order. 
  • Once your return is validated, reverse shipment will be created for returning back of the product and you will be intimated by email for the reverse shipment details. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging along with the brand tags, price tags, product photo or others if any, are intact when the product is picked up. It is mandatory to forward us the parcel handing over short video clip showing all returned items including accessories as delivered and the parcel is sealed by the pickup person. In the case of self-ship by the customer, the return shipment must reach our facility within 7 days of the approval of return request with prior informing to us of the return shipment tracking and parcel details within 48 hours of approval, as requested through email.
  • In exceptional case, a reverse label would be sent to your email ID which needs to be pasted on the return package for reverse pick up at the delivered address.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements – Restricted Regions

(North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar, Island Regions)

Returns initiated only in cases of defective or incorrect product delivery shall be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, subject to a successful quality check (unboxing video mandatory).

All other returns, including but not limited to size or color change requests, preference-based returns, or unverifiable quality concerns, shall be refunded as store credit to the customer’s Snazzyhunt account, usable for future purchases.

Replacements for size or color variants may be processed subject to availability.

In instances where reverse pickup services are unavailable due to courier pickup exceptions in select pin codes, customers may be required to self-ship the product at their own arrangement. In such cases:

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on return eligibility.

  • Any eligible shipping reimbursement shall be credited as store credit post successful QC.

These measures are necessary due to challenging terrain, logistical limitations, and the risk of prolonged inventory blockage in transit in the above-mentioned regions. As we deal in premium-quality apparel with strict quality standards, customers are strongly advised to review product details and size guides carefully before placing an order.

  • In case of self-ship, the return parcel must reach to us within 7 days of approval of the return request.
  • Note: - We will not be responsible for any parcel lost or product change in transit and if the wrong product returned to us, will be routed back to your address. 
  • We will be pleased to initiate soon the refund process in compliance with our refund policy, post QC check at our facility.

Failure to comply with communicated timelines, packaging standards, or return instructions may result in the return request being declined or closed.

Exchange Policy: Domestic Orders

  • Currently, we do not have any exchange policy. The fastest way to ensure, you get what you want is to initiate a replacement request confirming the variant size or color for the item if having any fitting or other issue. You'll be informed of the return and replacement order tracking, once the replacement request is approved.  However, the replacement might not be possible in some of the items having inventory issue and such orders will be processed for a refund as per our policy.

 

Return Policy: International Orders

Our premium apparel is crafted for an exact fit as per the standard size chart or the product description, and returns are accepted only for rare circumstances where an issue genuinely goes unnoticed. The product shipped to you can be returned within 7 days of receiving it strictly in the case of an unforeseen and genuinely unnoticed manufacturing defect, subject to the following terms:

  • You need to raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by notifying us through email at info@snazzyhunt.com, or via the customer account login or via website chat support/ WhatsApp to our customer care number 9773919162/ 8800919162 (between 9 AM- 7 PM IST). 👉Please include your order ID along with a couple of images — one showing the size tag and the others clearly highlighting the delivered product and the defect. A continuous, unedited parcel opening video is mandatory. Once the request is received, our team will follow up to process your request as soon as possible, usually within next 24 hours via email or WhatsApp
  • If you notice that the product packaging is tampered, altered, or torn, please do not accept the shipment and inform us immediately through our customer care number, WhatsApp, or email. In case you find any issue with the product received, a continuous, unedited parcel-opening video recorded without any interruptions is mandatory and must be shared with us for verification.
  • If you find that a wrong or defective product is received by you, then do inform us at info@snazzyhunt.com mentioning your order ID and forwarding the snapshot of the product defects along with the parcel opening video.
  • Once your return request is approved, you, the customer has to courier the parcel to our company address at your own management within the time frame. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging along with the brand tags, price tags or others if any, are intact before returning the parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure that your return reaches us in time and tracking information must be provided to us so as to track the progress of the return. Please note that we are NOT liable for any courier misdelivery, wrong product deliveries, courier delays or customs delays incurred by your chosen courier for returning of the product to us.
  • You, the customer will be liable for all return shipping costs/ customs charges which may be incurred in the return of the package back to our warehouse.
  • You should not return any item without prior approval of the return request. We reserve all rights to deny your return and your package will be returned back to you at your own cost.

 

 Exchange Policy: International Orders

  • Currently, we do not have any exchange policy. The fastest way to ensure, you get what you want is to return the item if having any valid issue, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
