RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please note that it can be returned within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following terms:

  • You need to raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by notifying us through email at info@snazzyhunt.com, our website chat support or by calling/ WhatsApp to our customer care number 9773919162(between 9 AM- 7 PM). Please include your order ID and a couple of images of the received product, mandatorily. Once the request is received, our team will follow up to process your request as soon as possible, usually within next 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. 
  • If you notice that the product packaging is tempered, altered or torn off, then please do not accept the shipment and inform us immediately on our customer care number or through WhatsApp/ email. It is mandatory to forward us the parcel opening video without any pause, cut or editing for claim of any manufacturing defect, damage in transit or any kind of deficiency.
  • If you find that a wrong or defective product is received by you, then do inform us at info@snazzyhunt.com mentioning your order ID and forwarding the snapshot of the product defects along with the parcel opening video.
  • Due to the premium quality and delicate nature of handwork embellishment, the returns for branded products of Anju Fabric, Zaveri, Sayuri Designer & Dhunki will be accepted only in the cases, if you have been delivered with the wrong color/ size variant, any defects or the wrong product against the ordered one (parcel opening video is mandatory to claim any defect or wrong product). However, a one-time replacement with another size or color variant of the same dress may be provided, subject to availability.  Also, you may completely return the products by accepting to bear 5% of the order invoice value (applicable for products with invoice value INR 2499.00 and above) and for the products with invoice value below INR 2499 a flat amount of INR 70.00 will be deducted towards reverse shipment cost. Any COD fee, if charged will not be applicable for refund.

    To initiate return/ replacement, customer may be asked to self-ship the product in a blind packaging to our facility. The return parcel must reach to us within 7 days of approval of the return request and beyond that we reserve the right to refuse your returns. The replacement order will not be eligible for further return and only in some rare cases of having some unforeseen/ unnoticed defect, the replacement will be provided for the defective item/ complete product, if claimed with proof of parcel opening video.

  • No return request will be accepted for customized stitched or semi-stitched products. The request received for wrong product delivered will be reviewed only after receiving the parcel unboxing video and the couple of images for any defect in the product.
  • To uphold our commitment to hygiene and your well-being, returns for inner garments cannot be accepted. Please ensure checking the size chart before placing the order. 
  • Once your return is validated, reverse shipment will be created for returning back of the product and you will be intimated by email for the reverse shipment details. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging along with the brand tags, price tags, product photo or others if any, are intact when the product is picked up. It is mandatory to forward us the parcel handing over short video clip showing all returned items including accessories as delivered and the parcel is sealed by the pickup person. In the case of self-ship by the customer, the return shipment must reach our facility within 7 days of the approval of return request with prior informing to us of the return shipment tracking and parcel details within 48 hours of approval, as requested through email.
  • The return request for orders shipped to north eastern states, Andaman and Nicobar and other island region will be accepted only in the case of any defect or wrong product received (parcel unboxing video mandatory). In the case courier is not available for reverse shipment at some of these location, then we may ask you to self-ship the products to our facility at your own management. The return parcel must reach to us within 7 days of approval of the return request and beyond that we reserve the right to refuse your returns. We will refund such charges incurred in shipping the products back to us. Note: - We will not be responsible for any parcel lost or product change in transit and if the wrong product returned to us, will be routed back to your address. 
  • In some rare cases, reverse label would be sent to your email ID which needs to be pasted on the return package for reverse pick up at the delivered address. We will be pleased to initiate soon the refund process in compliance to our refund policy.
  • Failure to send the requested information within the permissible timeline will result in the request being automatically closed.

Exchange Policy

  • Currently, we do not have any exchange policy. The fastest way to ensure, you get what you want is to return the item if having any valid issue, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. However, the replacement may be provided in certain brands as applicable.

 

Return Policy: International Orders

  • The product shipped to you can be returned within 7 days of receiving it subject to the following terms:
  • You need to raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by writing to us at info@snazzyhunt.com/ website chat support or through calling/ WhatsApp at our customer care number (between 9 AM- 7 PM as per IST) and needs to forward the couple of images of the defect in the product received.
  • If you notice that the product packaging is tempered, altered or torn off, then please do not accept the shipment and inform us immediately on our customer care number or through WhtasApp/ email. It is mandatory to make parcel opening video without any pause, cut or editing and forward it to us, if you find any issue with the product you received.
  • If you find that a wrong or defective product is received by you, then do inform us at info@snazzyhunt.com mentioning your order ID and forwarding the snapshot of the product defects along with the parcel opening video.
  • Once your return request is approved, you, the customer has to courier the parcel to our company address at your own management within the time frame. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging along with the brand tags, price tags or others if any, are intact before returning the parcel. It is your responsibility to make sure that your return reaches us in time and tracking information must be provided to us so as to track the progress of the return. Please note that we are NOT liable for any courier misdelivery, wrong product deliveries, courier delays or customs delays incurred by your chosen courier for returning of the product to us.
  • You, the customer will be liable for all return shipping costs/ customs charges which may be incurred in the return of the package back to our warehouse.
  • You should not return any item without prior approval of the return request. We reserve all rights to deny your return and your package will be returned back to you at your own cost.
